Denne's objective is to deliver buildings that meet or exceed clients' expectations of quality in terms of both satisfying current requirements and anticipating future needs. The processes that we follow throughout our business are set out in our formal quality procedures to ISO 9001:2000. We also operate on a Business Management System (BMS), which sets out how the business manages quality. Our BMS system ensures that all aspects of our operations and those of our supply chain are fully capable of delivering a high quality product, which is value for money and to programme. Denne have an excellent record of delivering high quality projects, which has been recognised with numerous awards from clients. Please see Awards and Accreditation for our Quality Awards. Our quality assurance approach is also supported by our "Driving Down Defects" strategy, which seeks to achieve zero defects on all our projects. In support of this we have a technical team who review designs to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and good practice. This team is also responsible for design review, coordination, and value engineering. We also have a dedicated Supply Chain Manager who also plays a key role in ensuring the quality of projects. . |
