This project involved the construction of 92 one and two bedroom apartments for private sale. The project involved 3 phased handovers, which enabled early occupation of the scheme by residents.

Denne successfully adopted our 'Clean Site' approach on this site. This included surfacing the entire site in tarmac to provide a clean and stable working platform and clearly demarcated areas for storage by material type.
