The units are of timber frame construction with the frames imported from Canada.  The frames are environmentally friendly and are ‘Super E' accredited, a Canadian Government accreditation.

Externally the homes are finished with slate style roofs and the walls are of white shiplap cladding, with each garden individually landscaped.
