The Ordell Road development consists of two separate contracts for Berkeley Homes. The first contract consists of the design and build of 146 one and two bedroom apartments and 14 town houses. The second contract consists of the deisgn and build of 53 shared ownership, one and two bedroom apartments for Southern Housing Group.

Following the successful phased handovers of the Berkeley Homes Scheme, this scheme was completed successfully with the opportunity of repeat business by the client. 

Throughout the construction of this scheme, very high standards of Health & Safety, site presentation and quality of finishes have been achieved. 

In addition this scheme  received a 2006 Considerate Constructors Scheme National Silver Award.
