This scheme comprised of 4 blocks of flats totaling 104 one units.  Two blocks have been constructed utilizing reinforced concrete frame on 4 and 5 stories and traditional brick and block on 4 stories. 

Due to the location of this scheme which is on a restricted inner city site it has required sophisticated material logistic handling arrangements. 

This scheme received a Considerate Constructors Scheme National Silver Award 2006.
