The design and build of 17 luxury apartments inspired by the art deco period of the 1930's.  There are many unique and contemporary features in the apartments for modern day living.

The apartments are built in traditional masonry construction with concrete foundations and floors. The apartments are externally rendered using a specialist pre mixed self-coloured render finish. 

The use of pre patinated copper cladding is a special architectural feature on certain elevations and each apartment has its own private balcony apart from the ground floor which has a private veranda.
