This project consists of 5 executive houses with separate garages and landscaped areas for John Walker Developments. 

The exterior appearance of each house has been constructed to blend with local Kentish architecture. This has been achieved with the use of mellow bricks, tile hanging, timber detailing and the occasional use of reclaimed materials.
