This scheme was successfully handed over in November 2003 to our client, Liberty Property Trust.

This scheme involved providing a shell which could incorporate a range of specialist surgeries covering medical and dentistry practices as well as the installation of under floor heating on both stories, specialist X-ray facilities, door entry systems, and a passenger lift.
