This project involved the construction of 64 flats for sheltered housing, communal facilities including hairdressers, three doctors consulting rooms and a large restaurant.

Paines Brook Way was successfully handed over in June 2006 with residents moving in shortly after.

Throughout this project we worked closely with the local community.  One particular initiative was to visit local schools to talk to them about Health & Safety issues on construction sites.  We also organised a painting competition for 16 local schools to help improve the appearance of the site hoardings for the local residents. To celebrate the excellent paintings Denne held a presentation ceremony, involving Bob the Builder, to reward the school children that took part.
