This scheme consists of a 35 bed extension to the existing nursing home plus refurbishment and alterations.  This scheme took into account environmental issues concerning noise to minimise the disruption to residents, and as a result, the scheme was carried out in two phases.

The project was negotiated with Kent Community Housing Trust due to the constraints of building around an operational Care Home.  It was also a result of the good relationship formed whilst constructing Bridge Care Home where we encountered similar circumstances.
