This scheme involved the demolition of the existing day centre and the construction of 13 two bed, two bathroom flats for sale to retired people.

The day care services previously provided on this site were transferred to Cedar Court, located a short distance away.  The Cedar Court scheme was a project that Denne had completed earlier on behalf of Housing 21.

The scheme has been successfully delivered in partnership with our client, Housing 21.
