A phased development of a new care home to replace an existing home as part of a reprovision scheme.  The project consists of 97 beds with ancillary facilities.

Construction was carried out with the residents remaining in occupation of one half of the existing home, moving into Phase 1 of the building on its completion.  This left us to demolish the remaining part of the existing care home and to construct Phase 2.

The use of high performance thermal efficient render coupled with the use of modern glass blocks was used to create an attractive dimension to the building.
