King Edward Court forms part of a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) to deliver a number of care units for the elderly and people with learning difficulties across Kent.

This successful development which was designed to give residents maximum independence whilst promoting social inclusion comprises of 40 extra care apartments for the elderly.

It also includes extensive communal facilities which include a hairdresser, shop, fully fitted gym and a restaurant/cafe bar which are open to residents and visitors.
