John Goldfinch Court in Faversham, Kent comprises of seven apartments for people with learning difficulties and a staff flat all of which have been designed to accomodate wheelchair access.

Fixtures and fittings have also been specially designed to be flexible in order to suit the needs of individual tenants with various adaptations such as grab rails and adjustable height sinks and basins.


This successful project, which achieved a BREEAM "Very Good" rating is one in a series of projects that we are delivering in partnership with Housing 21 as part of one of the largest non HRA funded PFI projects in the Country.

The Kent Better Homes Active Lives PFI will see us deliver 3 extra care homes, 4 homes for people with learning difficulties and a mental health unit across 7 sites in Kent for Kent County Council.
