A new 64 bed Extra Care Housing with 12 Extra Care flats for English Churches Housing Group.  This fifth site came as a direct result of the first four being delivered on time and within budget.

Parklands included some £80k of additional Smart technology to the ground floor bedrooms to assist with the care of the residents. 

The project can demonstrate supply chain involvement from concept through to completion.  The design has incorporated staff efficiencies with flexibility for the future, and construction has ensured continuous improvement from one project to next.
