This project is the first project to be completed under the award winning Kent Better Homes Active Lives PFI for Kent County Council.  It comprises a 7 bed apartment block for people with mental health problems. 

Through the careful design of the building and use of sustainable materials and equipment, the project achieved a BREEAM "Very Good" rating.
