Crispe House forms part of the award winning Kent County Council "Better Homes Active Lives" PFI. 

The project, located next to Alfred Deller Court in Birchington, is the only respite centre under the PFI and provides a place for carers to take a break from their daily activities.

Crispe House achieved BREEAM "Very Good" rating.
