This successful regeneration scheme in Middlesex was designed and built to meet the local demand for high quality rented accommodation for residents over the age of 50.

The project is a category one sheltered scheme providing 44 one and two bedroom apartments, 4 of which are designed for wheelchair use. It features attractive landscaped gardens, a laundry room and a communal roof terrace.

Each apartment boasts an attractive private balcony or patio and features low energy lighting and energy efficient boilers. The apartments are well insulated to reduce carbon emissions and heat loss. Cobtree Court successfully achieved an EcoHomes ‘Very Good’ rating.
