This project was completed for English Courtyard Developments who specialise in retirement dwellings in a warden-assisted self-contained environment.

This scheme consisted of 22 retirement homes for sale, Manager's accommodation, and separate Guest Suite accommodation.

The project was also named Best Retirement Development in Kent at the Daily Mail UK Property Awards 2007 in London.
