Alfred Deller Court forms part of the award winning KCC "Better Homes Active Lives" project.  Located in Birchington, this scheme comprises 7 apartments for people with learning difficulties.

The apartments are robust to accommodate wheelchair access with special attention paid to doors and kitchen units.  Fittings are designed to be flexible in order to suit the needs of each tenant with adaptations such as additional grab rails and adjustable height sinks & basins.

Alfred Deller Court achieved BREEAM "Very Good" rating.
