This scheme involved the design and construction of  37 flats using the Stewart Milne Timber System.

Due to the location of the scheme it was important to liaise with the local community throughout the build. 

Members of Denne's project team visited two schools adjacent to the site in Basildon to help raise children's awareness to the dangers of building sites. To follow up this visit, Denne ran a painting competition for all of the children aged 4-11.  The winning paintings were chosen by members of Basildon & District Council, Family Mosaic Housing and Hunter & Partners.

This scheme was nominated for a design award in the 'National Evening Standard Design Competition.'
