Located on the edge of Brightons's Preston Park it offers a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments.

The scheme, which included the construction of 124 flats in 2 phases for shared ownership, received a ‘Very Good' EcoHomes rating and was highly commended by the client, Southern Primary Housing when it was handed over in January 2007.

The excellent delivery of this scheme was also recognised in 2006 at the Construction Safety (South East) Awards ceremony.  The scheme was awarded 1^st place for its Health & Safety performance out of the 1,000 sites entered throughout the South East of England.
