Nine houses in this picturesque village were demolished in order to create 18no 2 and 3 bedroom houses and 8no 1 and 2 bedroom flats. The majority of these are for rent with a small percentage for shared ownership.

The scheme was constructed using the Kingspan Tech Insulated Panel System and completed over 3 phases with residents in occupation during the final stage of construction.

Pathfelds achieved an EcoHomes ‘Very Good' rating.
