This scheme consists of 51 houses and flats.  The scheme proved to be very successful with both Russet Homes and their tenants expressing their delight with the quality and the design of the development.   

The clients Housing Manager praised the scheme, saying that "In 15 years of working with Housing Associations, this is the best development I have seen and I would love to live in any of these houses."  

This scheme has helped significantly to improve the local area, as it was a notorious hot bed of crime and low quality living.  This has been recognised by Kent Police, who will use the site as part of a large-scale promotion to demonstrate how areas can be regenerated.   

Denne have also received a Quality Building Award for this scheme following a nomination from Tunbridge and Malling Council.
