This scheme involves the new build of 41 flats and 58 houses in 5 phases. 

The construction of 18 flats and 8 houses is the fourth of five phases.  Each phase has been built in traditional style. Phases 3 and 4 have been nominated for an award. 

A number of phases include shared ownership units. Work began on the construction of the 5th phase of the Affordable Housing project in December 2004.  Phase 5 consists of 12 flats and 8 houses of varied types of traditional brick and block construction.

The project is the first to be completed in a new area at Kings Hill.  It commands views over the new cricket pitch currently developed by Rouse Kent.
