This project consisted of two phases, phase one included 25 new homes for Kitewood Estates and was handed over in December 2005.

Phase two of the scheme included 21 new homes to be managed by Downland Housing Association.   This phase was successfully completed and was handed over shortly after phase one with residents moving in by October 2007.

The scheme also incorporated all associated infrastructure works, a new adopted roadway and attenuation in the form of a new swale for controlling surface water from the scheme.
