Denne Construction and their long-term strategic partner Housing 21 were awarded preferred bidder status on the Kent Better homes active lives PFI Project in August 2006 and successfully reached Financial close on Friday 5^th October 2007. The project worth circa £60million is one of the largest Non HRA PFI projects in the Country.

Denne will be working in partnership with United House to deliver 7 no. 40 bed extra care facilities, 8 homes for people with learning difficulties and 1 mental health unit across 12 sites in Kent with a construction duration of 2 years.

Denne Construction will also be responsible for the maintenance and life cycle management for the next 30 years.
