Denne has its own in-house design and technical team who are responsible for supporting both the development and delivery teams with regard to technical and design matters.  

This team have extensive experience in residential and public sector design development.  The services that the team provides covers:

• Value Engineering and cost appraisals to identify the most effective methods of construction
• Identification of potential plan layout amendments to simplify construction and achieve maximum development value
• Checking compliance with building regulations with regard to fire, means of escape, noise, thermal performance, access etc
• Checking compatibility of plant and services routes within the plan layouts
• Management and coordination of specialist sub-contractors, including mechanical and electrical.
