Stanhope, Ashford

The regeneration of Stanhope through a Private Finance Initiative.   The scheme includes the construction of 442 dwellings for sale and affordable rent, the creation of a new local centre including shops, a library and a housing management office and the modernisation of 325 existing properties.   Training provision includes setting up the first National Skills Academy accredited centre in the South East.

Poplar Place, Thamesmead

This scheme consists of the demolition of the existing Boxing Club and Boiler House and the construction of 109 Flats, Maisonettes & Houses on behalf of Gallions Housing Association.

Denne have been actively engaging with the local schools in Thamesmead by organising safety talks, activities and competitions to raise children's awareness of the potential dangers on and around construction sites.

Whitgift Street, Croydon

This mixed use 10-storey scheme for London and Quadrant involves the construction of 76 new build flats, basement car parking and two commercial units.  

This site will incorporate the use of 6 wind turbines and Combined Heat and Power unit (CHP). The use of renewable energy resources means that this site will achieve an EcoHomes ‘Excellent' rating.

Caspian Wharf, London

Denne have been awarded phase one of this contract which is for the construction of 82 units.  The overall scheme will include the provision of 416 flats and maisonettes, commercial units and office space.

Miramar, Herne Bay
 

This project consists of the design and construction of 41, one and two bedroom retirement care apartments, and 10 bed high dependency facility, large commercial kitchen and restaurant, communal lounges and hairdressing salon.

Linton Mead, Thamesmead

The scheme for Gallions Housing Association comprises of 38 one bed flats and 20 two bed flats, day care and associated facilities. Ths scheme also includes a sedum roof and a biofuel boiler to achieve 10% renewable energy requirement.

One Brighton, New England Quarter, Brighton

Denne have been selected to work on one of the first commercially viable Zero Carbon developments in the UK. 

We are currently on site carrying out the substructure works.

The Brighton One Planet Living development consists of 172 homes and 2000m2 of communal and commercial space.

Kent Better Homes, Active Lives PFI

Denne and our long-term strategic partner Housing 21 secured one of the largest Non HRA PFI projects in the Country. The biggest PFI of this kind will see Denne deliver 3 Extra Care schemes, 4 homes for people with Learning Difficulties and a Mental Health unit across 7 sites.

Pathfields, Shere

This negotiated partnering contract with Mount Green Housing Association for 18no. 2 and 3 bed house, and 8no. 1 and 2 bedroom flats is progressing well.

The scheme, which is located in the small picturesque village of Shere is being constructed using the Kingspan Tech Insulated Panel System and is on target to achieve an EcoHomes ‘Very Good' rating.

Kings Hill, Phase 2.1 - 2.5

Following our successful works on earlier phases of Kings Hill we have been appointed to construct a further 150 houses and flats for our client Rouse Kent who themselves are under contract with Russet Homes. 

This project will be carried out in 5 phases across 6 sites of the Kings Hill development in West Malling, Kent.
