Forming part of the Kent BSF Wave 3 Programme, the development of Charles Dickens School will allow for cross curricular learning, project based learning and 'age not stage' learning.
Each of the four zones of the schools will benefit from their own remote serving and breakout areas and specific learning resources areas.

This project forms part of the Kent BSF Wave 3 Programme and will consist of five independent buildings, two new and three existing.
The most iconic of these will be the new Creative Zone which houses the school arts specialism and is prominently placed at the front of the school.

Ebenezer Chapel, Brighton

The creation of a new chapel and 49 no. 1, 2 & 3 bed flats for rent, shared ownership and private sale following the demolition of the existing chapel.
The church will be an architectural focal point and double up as a community space for use by local residents. Environmental features include a sedum ‘living' roof for the church and a car club for residents and the local community.

This project for Hyde Housing Association comprises the demolition of existing units on Gardner Road and the design and build of 6 no. 3 bed houses and 34 no. 2 bed flats for shared ownership and rent. The works will also include associated external landscaping.

Stanhope, Ashford

The regeneration of Stanhope through a Private Finance Initiative. The scheme includes the construction of 442 dwellings for sale and affordable rent, the creation of a new local centre including shops, a library and a housing management office and the modernisation of 325 existing properties. Training provision includes setting up the first National Skills Academy accredited centre in the South East.
