We have appointed a Land Director who is responsible for securing development opportunities on behalf of our clients.  We will also be offering private for sale schemes to provide cross subsidy for mixed-tenure developments.

Our technical team reviews design proposals and develop appropriate design detailing.  This ensures that designs comply with the necessary building standards and regulations, and that they deliver value.
