Denne have been awarded the Youth Employment Award as part of the JobCentre Plus Awards 2010.  Denne’s site-based skills centre has been responsible for arranging 10 employment opportunities for local unemployed young people.  These have been arranged with the Company’s trade contractors and have resulted in 9 of these placements taking up apprenticeships. The judges were so impressed with our work that we were judged as overall winners receiving the Best Employer Award for the South East.

The National Skills Academy has recently received Constructing Excellence Housing Forum Demonstration Project status.

Special Recognition Award

We won a Special Recognition Award at the ‘Creating the Futures Awards 2008’ ceremony for our One Brighton development based on the outstanding vision and commitment to managing environmental and sustainable issues.

This highly sustainable project is based on the concept of creating high quality and well-built homes, shops and offices, with real community spirit as well as a place that allows people to live an affordable and ‘green’ lifestyle.
